We painted the studio floor. Finished, it looks like this.

It was going to be an 8mtr x 8 mtr timelapse abstract painting across the entire studio floor in two processes. 1st in gray*, then a second layer in colour washes. We ran out of time. At least the studio floor is now protected and looking good.
Application was by roller, brush, splatter, mop, drop, bodies, wheelchair and luck. Not the greatest work of art but hey, it was fun!

* Grey is a white base with black added. Gray is a white base with a touch of coarse Red, Blue, Yellow, Ochre pigments and a touch of black.

Whatever coloured light is shined onto gray, it will become that colour.

Red and Blue, Green and Yellow lights combined onto gray first appear almost white to the eye.

About 82A Sunday Sessions

The 82a Sunday Sessions are every Sunday 3:00pm to 7:00pm in a private studio/rehearsal space in Alexandria Sydney Australia The sessions are open to experienced musicians/performers/artists who're interested in collaborating, experimenting, pushing their envelope and critical dialogue in a cross section of performance arts. Music, spoken word, movement etc. The facilities and equipment are provided free to participants. Originality and critical dialogue are encouraged!
