IBMA the Ian Bowie Memorial Association


The Ian Bowie Memorial Association: was set up in memory of the late Ian Bowie, theatre person, musician, a man of many talents an hugely generous spirit.

The Association provides small grants for disadvantaged youth who wish to follow a career in the performing arts. All proceeds from the sale of equipment donated to the 82a Sunday Sessions are assigned to the Association.

If you have any theatre, music, audio equipment laying about you want to be rid of, can’t be bothered repairing or selling on EBay, no matter what condition, we’ll take it, have it repaired or serviced and sell it.

All proceeds go towards the Ian Bowie Memorial Association.

About 82A Sunday Sessions

The 82a Sunday Sessions are every Sunday 3:00pm to 7:00pm in a private studio/rehearsal space in Alexandria Sydney Australia The sessions are open to experienced musicians/performers/artists who're interested in collaborating, experimenting, pushing their envelope and critical dialogue in a cross section of performance arts. Music, spoken word, movement etc. The facilities and equipment are provided free to participants. Originality and critical dialogue are encouraged!
